To our distributors,

SpeechPhone Direct LLC was formed on 01/07/07 and launched on 07/07/07.

As most of you know, we had high hopes, great expectations and faith in God combined with a group of awesome people full of integrity and excitement. SpeechPhone Direct went from concept to launch in just 6 months.  Then we went from 300 people which were present at our launch to over 1,700 people in our first year. I consider these results quite amazing.

The past year was a tremendous time of learning, personal growth, reflection and prayer.  Although 1,700 people is a respectable number, our performance fell way below the numbers we had all hoped to achieve. Our goal is to achieve 1,000,000 subscribers in order to donate $1 per month per subscriber to help feed & support hungry children in Jesus name through www.worldvision.org

This goal can only be achieved by creating a rewarding business opportunity that has the potential to drive distributors to take immediate and continuous action.

After careful and prayerful consideration we have concluded that our current marketing and compensation plan does not offer entrepreneurs the immediate income necessary to succeed in the current economic conditions.

As a result, we have taken advice from an ex-CEO from one of the world’s largest and most successful MLM company in American history.  We have adopted his ideas and mathematics into our new compensation plan.  We have also added a true residual-income component in order to create an opportunity and a plan that is unique to SpeechPhone Direct distributors.

I am excited and blessed to introduce SpeechPhone Direct’s new Compensation Plan which we believe will give every distributor the true financial incentives required to cause adoption by key leaders and the general public seeking a great opportunity. We commit this plan to God and ask for His blessing and favor upon each and every distributor.

We anticipate an amazing 2^nd year as we focus on the speed and amount of distributor commissions as the primary gauge to determine the rate of acceleration in order to meet our mutual goals and fund our dreams.

I would like to personally thank each and every distributor, in advance, for their faith, confidence and hard work that will now produce amazing financial results for all concerned.
